Analysis, cleansing, and interpretation of 496 digital subscriptions completed using SQL and Excel. Modeling and visualizations completed in a Tableau dashboard.

23 subscriptions highlighted as high-level risks; KPIs indicated they were unpopular and exorbitantly priced. The clients were advised not to renew and watch mid-levels as well. Forecasted budget for the next fiscal year pointed to savings of $15,730.98.

Consolidation of 10 disparate subscription datasets into 1 (Excel Spreadsheet) and the dashboard were given to clients for continued, streamlined tracking and analysis.
