A motivated professional highly skilled in leveraging data to gain business insights, improving the customer experience, and fostering relations through interpersonal communication. My prior work and education experiences highlight effective teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
My Story
I was born in New York and raised in North Carolina. I studied at Appalachian State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems in 2021 and a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics with a concentration in Interdisciplinary Analytics in 2022. Two weeks after graduating, I flew to Shanghai, China to work as an Entertainment Performer at Shanghai Disneyland Resort. I stayed with this position until the end of 2025, when I decided to move back to the United States to begin the next chapter in my career.
As my background may allude to, I keep busy with a diverse array of interests. Outside of business, creative pursuits and customer service have always been passions of mine. Working in hospitality has taught me the importance of making someone's day, even in the smallest of moments. My previous work with The Walt Disney Company taught me the importance of maintaining your imagination and finding common-ground - regardless of cultural or linguistic differences - in my work.
